A) Mindfulness Training (Teaching)

1. Through discussion and the methods of meditation and present moment awareness individuals are worked with to develop or strengthen their inner balance and well-being. The habitual racing mind is targeted as people are guided to access the gap between thought.

2. Peoples’ emotional experience is addressed by teaching “openness” methods to assist in allowing emotions to be authentically felt whilst they pass.

3. Individuals are guided to a direct experience of the profound stillness and effortless contentment of their own being. Through personal direction and silence people are assisted to open to the natural place of self-realisation - the state of empty selflessness and loving openness to the experience of life. The great Australian phrases phrases "Its all good" and "Too easy" begin to be experienced!
